Since 2025 I have served, with the family’s authority, as personal representative and advisor to Viswashkumar Ramesh, the sole survivor of Air India flight 171. My involvement in that capacity has been reported by ITV News, Sky News, PA Media and The National. Out of respect for the family and the wider community of those affected, I do not discuss the substance of that engagement publicly beyond what the family chooses to share.
